House passes Iran War Powers Resolution H Con Res 86

House Iran War Powers Resolution H Con Res 86 just passed with a vote of 215-208! June 2026
The resolution directs the President to win approval from Congress to continue the war on Iran or withdraw US forces.
Next week we should see the next procedural vote, a motion to proceed, on Senator Kane's Iran War Powers Resolution S J Res 185.

With both Maine Representatives Pingree and Golden voting "Yea". (and with 4 Republicans and all Democrats voting in favor)
