Vision for 2020, a document published by the U.S. Space Command, is the plan for United States' domination of the Earth from space. The first page calls for, "dominating the space dimension of military operations to protect US interests and investment." When you read the document, you will find such phrases as, "full spectrum dominance;" "control of space is the ability to assure access to space…and an ability to deny others the use of space, if required." The Missile Defense budget for 2003 is $8.6 billion. Below is a breakdown of Maine's share of that cost and what that money could buy to meet local needs. Martin Luther King, Jr., will triumph over hate, greed and violence. We must speak out against the rule by military might, and speak up for the rule of international rule through the United Nations.
