Hello MFTC Coalition members, Supporters of the Informed Growth Act and ally organizations:

AS many of you know, there is a bill before the legislature this session to amend the Informed Growth Act and compromise its effectiveness.

We are concerned about the amendment as it stands AND about the potential for it to morph into a more extreme measure through additional amendments.

We are working with allies in the legislature to defeat the amendment and will be calling on all of you in the coming weeks.

Things have come to a head more quickly than expected and a public hearing is scheduled for NEXT WEDNESDAY JANUARY 23rd at 10:00 AM in Augusta.

THIS IS VERY LATE NOTICE AND ITS ESSENTIAL THAT WE GET A GOOD TURN OUT.
