*Peace and Justice Group of Waldo County meeting is on Tuesday, June 3 at 6:30 PM at the Unitarian-Universalist Church, 37 Miller St. (behind the Library) in Belfast. Please join us!…All are welcome at our meetings. If you can’t make it to a meeting you can still participate. We encourage you to initiate projects and bring them to our attention for discussion. We may be able to help you to work on these and/or co-sponsor them.

Some agenda items for the meeting (add to this list before or at the meeting):

  1. Report on recent events and actions—last two films, Earth Day, Tax Day, HOPE Festival, etc.
  2. Fall Community Forum programs and do we have them during the summer??—WE NEED PEOPLE WHO WANT TO ORGANIZE FORUM PROGRAMS FOR UPCOMING MONTHS—distribute flyers for June program
  3. Other summer events and how the Peace and Justice Group can contribute to activities
  4. Web site update—report from Andrew?
  5. Other agenda items to be added
