The weekend workshop introduces participants to the basic understanding and practice of NVC. The Dept of Peace Campaign strongly incorporates the teaching of NVC into all our relationships. Participants will practice expressing themselves authentically and learn to listen with empathy by observing facts without evaluation, interpretation or judgment. You will learn to identify and express your feelings and learn to identify and express the needs behind those feelings. You will learn to formulate clear and concrete requests for actions.
