Amnesty International USA is touring an exact replica of a Guantanamo Bay prison cell, in support of AIUSA’s “Denounce Torture” Campaign. The 1,650-pound cell is stopping in Portland and will be on display at Monument Square June 5-7.

DESCRIPTION: Fair Play For Sears Island will sponsor a peaceful demonstration at the next meeting of the State sponsored committee tasked with dividing up Sears Island.

The next meeting of the committee tasked with dividing Sears Island into a port zone and a recreation zone will be held on 6 Jun from 1200-1500 hrs.
